Since day one, we’ve dreamed of building something more than just a brand, we wanted to create something good. Something kind. Something that, even in the smallest of ways, made this world a little brighter.
Now, real talk? It’s not always easy. Sometimes we wish we could do more, and we’re always thinking of new ways to grow and glow. But what's most important to us is this: we try. We care. And we never stop looking for ways to do better, for people, for the planet, and for you.
So today, we wanted to share a few things we are doing that we’re really proud of. Let’s get into it!
Our Manufacturer
Our clothes are made with care and love in a beautiful, responsibly-run factory in China. We picked this partner not just because they’re amazing at what they do, but because they share our values: fairness, quality, and treating people right.
We've been working with this same manufacturer for years, they’re truly part of our Altair fam! Their team (about 500 talented people!) has been crafting our pieces since the beginning, and we are SO grateful for them.

Our Office
We’re based in East Phoenix Valley, Arizona. We always strive to have a safe, fun, and healthy work environment. We follow all labor laws, pay above minimum wage, and treat our team like the queens (and kings!) they are. They aren’t just coworkers, they have truly become dear friends to us!
Our Warehouse
All of your Altair goodies ship from our warehouse in Rockwall, Texas. Our team there is incredible, and just like at our office, everyone is paid fairly and treated with tons of respect.
They work regular 9-to-5 hours, Monday through Friday, and they crush it, every single day.
Sustainability
Sustainability is one area we're still working on improving in as a small business, but we're getting there! Here’s what we’re doing so far:

Small batch production: we don’t over-make or over-stock, because we hate waste.

Timeless designs: we don’t chase trends. Our pieces are made to last you for years, not just one season.

Recycling & energy-saving at the office: it's not huge, but we’re mindful. And every little bit matters!
Again, we are always looking for areas to improve in, but we're proud of the steps we've taken so far and promise to continue to improve as our business grows.
