I am giving these 2 stars because the first wear was PERFECT, and so comfortable, and an amazing super slouchy fit.
After the first wash they were never the same and I’m devastated about it considering how expensive the set was. I washed exactly as instructed…cold, and lay flat to dry. And I lost INCHES in the pant length, the waist is tighter, the shirt is DRAMATICALLY shorter in the sleeves, the bodice, and tighter across the shoulders. I reached out and the told me to steam it…I tried that and it helped minimally. Gave me a little more length but still nowhere anywhere close to what it was on the first pre-wash wear. I wish I would have just dry cleaned.
Pretty devastated about the whole experience.
Such cute pants and perfect for wearing over your suit if you're going somewhere tropical or warm.
These are made well, but DRY CLEAN ONLY. I’m 5’7” and they were just dusting the floor which I liked. I washed them as instructed and lost what seemed like 3-4 inches. I’m now trying online methods to try and get them back to the original length.
Hi Andrea! Thanks so much for your feed back in the Cove pants! We've found that if they shrink from drying that using a clothing steamer helps bring them back to their original shape and size!
I absolutely love these pants. They flow and fit perfect. Great for spring and vacation.
I love this set, I ordered both the top and the bottom, the material feels very nice, easy breezy, and perfect for beach day! One can wear this to lounge in it in the house. I wish it wasn’t the as see-through. Also, love the color.
