Disappointed in craftsmanship

I placed quite a large order and was pretty disappointed in all the Carmen pants. The oat, black, and cream colours all had strings everywhere, messy stitching, and areas along the waistband where the stitching is coming apart on the cream color. I placed this order from Canada and it is not worth shipping these back otherwise I would. I would just expect more quality from the price you pay for the items. Was really looking forward to these but quality control was not done on these items before being sent out. Otherwise, the fabric is nice and the style is lovely. Just wish the quality of the craftsmanship matched the price.

These are cute pants but the waistband got all twisted inside the pants.

So comfy

Bought the set and love both the top and bottom! It's such an easy, comfortable outfit. I'm 5'2'' 145 lbs, usually small/petit on top and small/medium/4-6 on bottom, and landed on smalls for the bottoms and an x-small for the top. My only critique is that the pants don't have pockets. Would 100% recommend.
