Even though you might be returning from another country we want to make the return process as simple and easy as possible.
First, please confirm that your loungewear piece meets all of the return/exchange criteria listed below.
Returns and exchanges must be initiated and postmarked within 30 DAYS of the order being delivered. If it has been longer than 30 days, your return will NOT be accepted. **No Exceptions**
Items must be in ORIGINAL CONDITION, which means:
- Tags are still attached and are not damaged.
- It is free of any deodorant or makeup marks.
- It has NOT been worn (without undergarments or for an extended period of time), washed, snagged, stained, dyed, altered, or damaged in any way.
Items marked as "Final Sale" or part of Warehouse Sales cannot be returned or exchanged.
The customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping on international returns and exchanges. When returning for a refund, a shipping label will be generated and a flat rate of $18.99 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of return shipping. We do not charge any additional return or restock fees. Returns will be processed within 5-27 business days of receipt. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment and usually take 3-5 business days to show on your account.
Original shipping costs are non refundable.
If you are exchanging your loungewear item, then we will cover the cost to send the new product back to you.
Please do not initiate multiple returns for the same order.
